Welcome to TimelyTots, a vaccination reminder platform designed for pediatricians and parents. By using our website, app, or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services: TimelyTots provides tools for scheduling, tracking, and notifying vaccine appointments. The platform is designed for use by licensed pediatricians and authorized medical professionals.
2. Account Responsibility: Doctors and clinics are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and for all activities under it. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
3. Data and Privacy: We collect only the necessary information required to run our services efficiently. All data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Patient data is never sold or shared without consent.
4. Platform Access: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice.
5. Restrictions: You may not misuse the platform, including by attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or distributing malicious content.
6. Intellectual Property: All content, design, and branding elements are the intellectual property of TimelyTots. No use is permitted without written consent.
7. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the app, or violate any applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability: TimelyTots is not liable for missed vaccinations, service outages, or loss of data. The platform is a reminder tool and should not replace medical advice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

TimelyTots currently offers its services on a subscription basis to medical professionals.

• Free Trial (if applicable): Users can cancel before the trial ends with no charge.
• Refunds: No refunds will be provided for partial or unused subscription periods.
• Cancellations: Doctors may cancel at any time through their dashboard or by writing to timelytots@gmail.com. Service will continue until the end of the billing period.

Data Sharing Agreement

This agreement outlines how TimelyTots handles data shared by pediatricians and patients.

1. Data Usage: All data entered into TimelyTots is used solely for operational purposes — such as sending reminders, scheduling updates, or generating reports for the practitioner.
2. Data Ownership: The doctor or healthcare provider retains full ownership of the data uploaded to the platform.
3. Data Protection: We implement reasonable security measures (encryption, secure storage, etc.) to protect personal and health-related information.
4. No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share, sell, or distribute any data to third-party services or advertisers.
5. Consent: It is the doctor’s responsibility to ensure proper patient/guardian consent is obtained before storing or using their data via TimelyTots.
